专用工具··················································································································175 3 4 M18A 注意事项 诊断故障注意事项 ●在检查存储在变速器控制模块(TCM)存储器中 的诊断信息(DTC,冻结帧数据等)之前,不要 断开变速器控制模块(TCM)接头,不要从蓄电 池断开电缆,不要断开变速器控制模块(TCM) 地与发动机之间的接地线束或主保险。断开这些 连接将清除TCM存储器中存储的信息。 ●利用长安铃木检测仪或CAN通信OBD专用检测 仪可以清除和检查存储在变速器控制模块 (TCM)存储器中的诊断信息。使用之前必须认 真阅读操作说明书,并对其功能和用途十分了 解。 要区分哪个模块打开了故障指示灯(MIL)是很 难的,因为发动机控制模块(ECM)和变速器控 制模块(TCM)都要打开故障指示灯(MIL)。 所以,当故障指示灯(MIL)亮的时候,要同时 检查发动机控制模块(ECM)和变速器控制模块 (TCM)以确定故障诊断码(DTC)。 当检查变速器控制模块(TCM)以确定故障诊断 码(DTC)时,记住根据使用的检测仪,故障诊 断码(DTC)在检测仪上的显示如下。 - 长安铃木检测仪显示的DTC由变速器控制模块 (TCM)检测到。 - CAN通信OBD专用检测仪既显示由发动机控制 模块(ECM)检测到的故障诊断码(DTC), 又显示由变速器控制模块(TCM)检测到的故 障诊断码(DTC)。 ●在检查之前必须阅读本手册00章中的 “电路维护 注意事项:00章”,并遵照说明去做。 ●变速器控制模块(TCM)的更换 - 当用已知良好的变速器控制模块(TCM)替换 时,检查全部继电器和执行装置,看其电阻值 是否符合规定要求。 不进行此项检查可能导致好的变速器控制模 块(TCM)损坏。 ● 发动机控制模块(ECM)和变速器控制模块 (TCM)的通讯是通过CAN线(控制器局域网 络)建立的。(关于发动机控制模块(ECM) 的CAN线通讯的更多详情,参见“CAN线通讯 系统说明”:M18A)。因此,处理CAN线(控 制器局域网络)通讯线要格外小心,参见 “关 于CAN线(控制器局域网络)通讯系统注意事 项:00章” 。 关于拆卸和安装的注意事项 当修理自动变速器时,需要进行在车试验以便首先 检查故障原因。 然后再判定是否需要大修。如果没有这一步就拆卸 变速器,不但不能发现故障原因而且可能引起其他 故障。浪费更多的时间。 由于自动变速器由高精度零部件构成,拆卸和组装 零部件时必须严格遵守下列事项。 ●原则上严禁拆卸阀体总成。但是可以拆卸少数零 件。当拆卸阀体组件时,确认这些零件是否可以拆 卸,参见 “阀体总成拆卸和安装”:M18A 。 ●当已经更换前进档离合器,直接档离合器,第2 档制动器和/或超速行驶档(O/D)和第2档滑行 制动器的零部件时,即:离合器片,制动圆盘, 挡圈和/或钢片;通过执行自学习控制所学到的 所有存储在变速器控制模块(TCM)存储器中的 信息内容都应当被初始化。参见 “自学习控制初 始化”:M18A 。 ●保证清洗掉变速器上的污垢以防止拆卸和安装期 间污物掉进变速器。 ●选择干净无尘的地方进行大修。 ●在钳台上放置橡胶垫防止损坏零件。 ●不应该使用工作手套或纱布(使用尼龙布或纸 巾。) ●分离壳体时,不要用螺丝刀或类似物撬,而是用 塑料锤轻轻敲打。 ●在自动变速器油(ATF)中或煤油中清洗已经拆 卸的零件(注意不要让自动变速器油(ATF)溅 到你的脸部等)并通过吹入压缩空气确保油路没 有堵塞。注意用煤油清洗离合器片,树脂垫圈和 橡胶件。 ●用新的垫片,油封和”O”形环进行更换。 ●再次装配之前用自动变速器油(ATF)涂抹滑动 和转动件。 小心: ●成组保存分总成的零部件以防弄混。 ●用清洗剂彻底清洗所有零部件并让它们 在空气中干燥。 ●使用煤油或自动变速器油为清洗剂。 ●不要使用擦布去清洁或擦干零件。 ●所有油路必须吹通并保证没有堵塞。 ●吹气时保证面部和眼睛不会溅上清洗 剂。 ●检查接触(配合)面有无不规则的地方, 如果有,去掉它们,并再次清洁。 ●装配前将新的离合片和制动片浸入变速 器油中达至少2小时. ●用新的垫片,油封和”O”形环进行更换。 ●在所有”O”形环上涂抹自动变速器油. ●当安装密封圈时,注意不要胀得过大, 发生挤压或卡住。 ●更换拆下的油封并在新油封边涂抹油 脂。 ●在安装之前,保证在所有零部件的滑动, 滚动和推力面涂上自动变速器油. 安装 磨损,烧蚀,变形, 卡抓损坏 更换。 密封表 面(密封 唇接触 的地方) 裂纹,表面粗糙, 部分磨损,异物 更换。 5 概 述 自动变速器(A/T)说明 本自动变速器为电子控制的全自动变速器,有4个前进档和1个倒车档。液力变矩器为3元件,单级和 2相型,并装配有电子控制锁止机构。 换档装置由2组行星齿轮机构,4个片式离合器,1个片式制动器,1个带式制动器和2个单向离合器 组成。换档装置通过选择安装在地板上的换档杆的位置(“P”“R”“N”“D”“3”“2”“L”)来控制。 打滑控制锁止功能 即使是在低于液力变矩器离合器(TCC)完全接合时的转速下,对液力变矩器离合器(TCC)压力 控制电磁阀进行控制都是用来使液力变矩器离合器(TCC)打滑(稍微接合),从而提高变速器的 效率。在执行此类打滑控制的同时,施加给液力变矩器离合器(TCC)的油压力是由液力变矩器离 合器(TCC)压力控制电磁阀控制的,以便发动机转速和输入轴转速之间的差值接近规定的值。 同时,在减速期间,也要使液力变矩器离合器(TCC)滑动(稍微接合)以提升发动机的转速和扩 大燃油切断的工作范围从而实现更好的耗油率。 由于这一原因,对于自动变速器来说,绝对有必要使用适合于打滑控制的自动变速器油(ATF)。 使用规定的自动变速器油(ATF)以外的任何油类都可能引起颤动或一些其他的故障条件的出现。 诊断概述 本车装配有电子变速器控制系统,它能适当 地控制自动换为高档和自动换为低档的时 间,以及液力变矩器离合器(TCC)的工作 状况等以适应于各种汽车行驶条件。 变速器控制模块(TCM)有一个车载诊断系 统,它能够监测到本系统的故障。 当诊断包含有本系统的变速器的故障时,保 证全面了解 “车载诊断系统说明”:M16A中 的要点和“故障诊断注意事项”:M16A中的 各项内容,并按照“自动变速器(A/T) 系统检 查 ”:M16A中步骤进行诊断以顺利获得得 正确结果。 车载诊断系统说明 对于自动变速器控制系统,TCM 有如下功 能。 ● 车辆停止,当点火开关置在“ON”位置时, 故障灯(1)点亮,系统自检。 ● 当TCM 检测到系统存在故障,此时故障 灯(1)将常亮,故障代码将设置并存储 于TCM。(在连续三个驾驶循环中,系 统若自检正常,此时,故障灯将熄灭,
