EGR valve is driven by vacuum air. EGR system is close loop controlled by air
mass metering.
EGR阀由空气负压驱动。整个EGR系统根据新鲜空气进气量闭环控制。

Ensure the function of the emission control during normal useful life of vehicles

vehicles aged between 6 month / 15000 km and 5 years / 80000 km

vehicles must be properly maintained and have no indications of abuse, tampering or major repair
被检车辆必须保养良好,不存在曾被滥用,改动,和说明书规定之外的大修
before the test vehicles have to be checked for: filters, drive belts, fluids, hoses, wiring, fuel,
compression, ignition
在进行测试之前,被检车辆必须进行下述检查:空滤,所有驱动皮带,所有液面,线束,燃油回路

If test results are negative: Manufacturer must submit a plan of remedial measures to assure the
conformity with the requirements for all vehicles in the field (Recall !)

High difficulty to get a proper car. Taxi not proper because of unusual
intensively use, normal private cars are not able to get freely.

The influence of environment conditions are too high. Different fuel quality and
air quality may need to unexpected deterioration.

质量或者是环境温度,可能导致不同的部件老化结果。而对被检车辆的使用环境
难以确定。
Difficult to determine the status of the test car. Different driving behaviour and
maintenance are not so easy to identify, but can lead to very different results.
难以确定车辆的维修保养,和使用情况。如果维修保养没有做好,甚至车主的驾
